Elon Musk indicated in a post on X that millions of people listed in a Social Security database are recorded as centenarians ‘with the death field set to FALSE!’

‘According to the Social Security database, these are the numbers of people in each age bucket with the death field set to FALSE! Maybe Twilight is real and there are a lot of vampires collecting Social Security,’ Musk posted, adding a couple of rolling on the floor laughing emojis.

His post features a chart indicating there are more than 20 million listed with ages 100 and higher, including more than 3.9 million in the 130-139 age range, more than 3.5 million in the 140-149 range and more than 1.3 million in the 150-159 range.

Fox News Digital reached out to the Social Security Administration for comment on Monday.

While the U.S. population count in the 2020 census was more than 331 million, the count of people ages 100 and older was more than 80,000, according to U.S. Census Bureau data.

‘The logic flow diagram for the Social Security system looks INSANE. No one person actually knows how it works. The payment files that move between Social Security and Treasury have significant inconsistencies that are not reconciled. It’s wild,’ Musk declared in a post on X.

In another post, Musk said ‘there are FAR more ‘eligible’ social security numbers than there are citizens in the USA. This might be the biggest fraud in history.’

President Donald Trump tapped Musk to spearhead the Department of Government Efficiency, an effort to uncover waste, fraud and abuse in the federal government.

President Donald Trump announced a team of four U.S. officials will work on negotiating with Russia and Ukraine to end the war that has raged between the two nations since 2022.

We ‘agreed to work together, very closely, including visiting each other’s Nations,’ Trump posted to Truth Social on Wednesday about Russian President Vladimir Putin and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy. ‘We have also agreed to have our respective teams start negotiations immediately.’

‘I have asked Secretary of State Marco Rubio, Director of the CIA John Ratcliffe, National Security Advisor Michael Waltz, and Ambassador and Special Envoy Steve Witkoff, to lead the negotiations which, I feel strongly, will be successful,’ Trump posted to Truth Social on Wednesday, announcing that Russia was ready to hash out negotiations over the ongoing war.

Negotiations over ending the war reportedly kicked off ‘immediately,’ with Trump previewing on Wednesday that he believes they will reach ‘a cease fire in the not too distant future.’

Fox News Digital took a look at the team of U.S. officials Trump tapped to lead the negotiations as they get underway.

US Special Envoy to the Middle East Steve Witkoff

Witkoff was tapped as the special envoy to the Middle East and served as a key figure in striking a ceasefire deal between Hamas and Israel ahead of Trump taking office, according to Trump’s recent remarks to the press and sources who spoke with Fox News Digital.

Witkoff traveled to Israel in January to meet with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in Jerusalem before it was announced a ceasefire had been reached between Israel and Hamas.

Witkoff recently also traveled to Russia to secure the release of U.S. citizen Marc Fogel, who had been in Russian custody since 2021 when he was arrested for possession of marijuana at an airport.

Witkoff, similar to Trump, is a real estate mogul, who founded real estate firm the Witkoff Group in 1997.

National Security Advisor Michael Waltz

As national security advisor, Trump appointed Mike Waltz, who served as a Republican U.S. congressman representing Florida from 2019 to 2025.

Waltz said during a recent interview on NBC’s ‘Meet the Press’ that conversations to end the war between Ukraine and Russia have weighed heavy on leaders across the globe.

‘We need to get all sides to the table and end this war,’ he said in the interview. ‘And it has come up in conversations with President Xi, with Prime Minister Modi, with leaders across the Middle East. Everybody is ready to help President Trump end this war. Let’s get all sides to the table and negotiate.’

Waltz is a longtime Trump ally and a decorated retired Green Beret who also served in the National Guard as a colonel.

CIA Director John Ratcliffe

Newly minted CIA Director John Ratcliffe also will lead negotiations on reaching peace in Russia and Ukraine. Ratcliffe served as director of national intelligence from 2020 to 2021, during the first Trump administration.

Ratcliff warned during his Senate confirmation hearing to lead the CIA that the nation’s premier foreign intelligence agency was falling behind nations such as Russia and China at leveraging technology for intelligence purposes.

‘We’re not where we’re supposed to be,’ Ratcliffe told the Senate Intelligence Committee in January.

Ratcliffe served in the U.S. House as a Republican representing Texas from 2015 to 2020.

Secretary of State Marco Rubio

Rubio, the first member of Trump’s Cabinet to be confirmed and sworn in under his second administration, serves as the nation’s 72nd secretary of state.

Rubio headed to the Munich Security Conference on Thursday – a high-profile annual conference focused on security issues at the international level – where he and Vice President JD Vance met with Zelenskyy on Friday.

Trump announced that he also spoke with Zelenskyy on Wednesday and that the Ukraine leader wanted to reach a peace deal.

‘He, like President Putin, wants to make PEACE. We discussed a variety of topics having to do with the War, but mostly, the meeting that is being set up on Friday in Munich, where Vice President JD Vance and Secretary of State Marco Rubio will lead the Delegation. I am hopeful that the results of that meeting will be positive. It is time to stop this ridiculous War, where there has been massive, and totally unnecessary, DEATH and DESTRUCTION. God bless the people of Russia and Ukraine!’ Trump wrote.

Rubio served as a Republican U.S senator representing Florida from 2011 to 2025, which included serving as a senior Senate Foreign Relations Committee member, and vice chairman of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence.

Russia and Ukraine have been at war since February 2022, when Russia invaded its neighboring nation. Trump said on the 2024 campaign trail that he would end the war if re-elected, while claiming it would never have begun if he had been in the Oval Office at the time.

White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt told the media on Wednesday when asked about the negotiations that Trump views Putin as both a ‘great competitor’ and ‘at times an adversary.’

‘I believe this nation views Putin and Russia as a great competitor in the region, at times an adversary,’ Leavitt said when asked how Trump views Russia and Putin. ‘But as the president has said, as well, he enjoys having good diplomatic relations with leaders around the world. Finding that common ground, also calling them out when they are wrong. Leading from a position of peace through strength. That’s the president’s greatest strength.’

Find the noisemakers, release the confetti and pop the champagne. The NFL’s new league year is soon to begin.

While there won’t be a ball drop or crowd of people celebrating in Times Square wearing adult diapers, the NFL’s new year is another significant date on the calendar – at least for sports fans.

At that point, 2024 will become a thing of the past, relegated to the history books to serve as nothing more than a memory moving forward. Previous achievements suddenly don’t have any significance over the current league. The slate is wiped clean, bringing all teams back to a tie in the standings with no wins or losses.

‘Should auld acquaintance be forgot, and never brought to mind.’

NBA All-Star Game weekend, with its revised format, is officially over.

Shaq’s OGs, a team composed of seasoned veterans, won the 2025 All-Star Game and Warriors guard Stephen Curry, playing in front of his hometown fans at the Chase Center, won the game’s Most Valuable Player award after he scored 12 points in the final, including nine of his team’s final 18.

The OGs toppled Chuck’s Global Stars, a team of mostly international superstars, 41-25.

The NBA launched a revised format designed to increase competitiveness; as opposed to a traditional East vs. West game, four teams — including one Rising Stars squad made up of rookies and sophomores — competed in a mini-tournament.

The game, however, was deprived of some star power, with icons like LeBron James, Giannis Antetokounmpo and Anthony Davis all sitting out with injuries.

James, who was slated to play in a record 21st All-Star Game, sat out with continued left ankle and foot soreness.

His record for consecutive starts ends at 20 as he missed an All-Star Game for the first time when he has been chosen to play. He was not tapped in his rookie year.

“I hope to be available Wednesday,” James, 40, said during a news conference before Sunday’s game. The Los Angeles Lakers will play the Charlotte Hornets in a game rescheduled because of the California wildfires.

“I was hoping that it would feel a lot better this morning but it’s not where I want it to be.”

James missed a game Feb. 8 against the Indiana Pacers with the same issue. He was slated to play for Shaq’s OGs, but since the announcement came so close to tipoff, James was not replaced.

Each player on the championship-winning team will receive $125,000, each player on the second-place team will receive $50,000 and each player on the third- and fourth-place teams will receive $25,000.

2025 NBA All-Star Game highlights

All-Star Game MVP: Steph Curry wins in front of home crowd

SAN FRANCISCO — The star of the host team who welcomed All-Star fans to the Bay Area for the weekend collected his second NBA All-Star MVP.

Golden State Warriors guard Steph Curry earned Sunday’s Kobe Bryant All-Star MVP trophy with a 12-point, four-rebound performance in the championship game of the event featuring a new four-team mini-tournament.

Curry’s performance helped Shaq’s OGs defeat Chuck’s Global Stars, 41-25. In the three-game event, the first team to 40 points won each game.

Curry had eight points and six rebounds in the semifinal victory against Candace’s Rising Stars, giving him 20 points, 10 rebounds, three steals and two assists in two games. He made four 3-pointers in the final game and two 3s in the semifinal.

All-Star Game final: Shaq’s OGs 41, Chuck’s Global Stars 25

In the end, the slow start was too much to overcome.

Shaq’s OGs, a team of seasoned veterans, toppled Chuck’s Global Stars 41-25 in the NBA All-Star Game final after the Global Stars missed their first 10 shots of the game, falling in an early 10-point hole.

Stephen Curry, playing in front of his home crowd, scored nine of the OGs final 18 points to help his team pull away. He was named MVP. Curry scored 12 points on four-of-eight shooting — with all his attempts coming from beyond the arc — while Celtics forward Jayson Tatum led all players with 15 points.

Spurs phenom Victor Wembanyama led the Global Stars, who shot just 35.5% from the floor, with 11 points.

Chuck’s Global Stars miss first 10 shots in All-Star final

There are slow starts and then there are slow starts.

In the NBA All-Star Game final, Shaq’s OGs, a team of seasoned veterans, scored the game’s first 11 points, as Chuck’s Global Stars started 0-for-10 from the field.

Celtics forward Jayson Tatum led the charge early, leading all players with 11 points scored on a dunk and three 3s.

The NBA then had an intermission to honor the TNT Inside the NBA crew.

Coming out of that break, Chuck’s Global Stars picked up the pace and went on a 7-3 run, though Shaq’s OGs have maintained a commanding lead, 33-19.

Kevin Hart fetes ‘Inside the NBA’ crew during All-Star Game

SAN FRANCISCO ‒ Kevin Hart paid tribute to TNT’s “Inside the NBA” crew of Ernie Johnson, Charles Barkley, Shaquille O’Neal and Kenny Smith, who are broadcasting their final All-Star Weekend with TNT.

TNT is not part of the NBA’s new 11-year, $76 billion TV deal which begins next season with Disney (ABC/ESPN), NBC and Amazon showing NBA games.

The crew received “gone fishing” gifts, a nod to an “Inside the NBA” segment when a team is eliminated from the playoffs.

While TNT won’t have NBA games next season, TNT licensed the rights for “Inside the NBA” to Disney and the popular program will continue on ESPN and ABC. It will be produced by TNT staffers.

NBA announces halftime format for All-Star Game final

The NBA said a halftime of about 12 minutes will take place when the first team reaches 20 points in the final. Entertainment for fans and another warm-up for players will take place.

All-Star Game 2 final: Shaq’s OGs 42, Rising Stars 35

Score one for the critics.

Those bemoaning the inclusion of the Rising Stars in the revised format of the NBA All-Star Game will point to the way Shaq’s OGs, a team of seasoned NBA veterans, pulled away late to win the second game of the mini-tournament, 42-35.

The OGs closed on a 14-7 run to set up a showdown against Chuck’s Global Stars in the final of the NBA All-Star Game.

Frankly, it could’ve ended sooner, as the OGs had multiple chances to reach the target score of 40, though they settled for 3s and opted for flair. That allowed the Rising Stars to make a small push, though it would not be enough.

Shaq’s OGs scored 17 fastbreak points compared to eight from the Rising Stars, and Bucks guard Damian Lillard, who hit the game-clinching 3 pointer, finished with a game-high nine points.

Fan wins $100,000 in shootout with Damian Lillard

Jaren Barajas, a fan, won $100,000 when he beat Bucks guard Damian Lillard in a 3-point shootoff, hosted by media personality Mr. Beast.

Lillard needed to hit three logo shots before Barajas hit one. Barajas nailed his shot at the buzzer – off the bank, no less – to take home the cash.

Shaq’s OGs 28, Rising Stars 26

Perhaps there is something to be said about experience.

While Shaq’ OGs, a team comprised mostly of veterans, has several All-Star appearances to their names, the Rising Stars have hung around to make it a mostly competitive game, with Shaq’s OGs taking a 28-26 lead.

Lakers guard Dalton Knecht leads the Rising Stars with eight points on three-of-five shooting, while Warriors guard Stephen Curry, who is playing in front of his home crowd, leads the OGs with eight points, including a pair of deep 3s.

Although the Rising Stars have kept things competitive, there is a nonchalance and ease to the pace and play of the OGs.

The winner of this game will take on Chuck’s Global Stars in the All-Star Game final.

All-Star Game 1 final: Chuck’s Global Stars 41, Kenny’s Young Stars 32

SAN FRANCISCO — Chuck’s Global Stars advanced to the final of Sunday’s All-Star Game with a 41-32 victory over Kenny’s Young Stars.

In a game where the winner was determined by the first to 40 points, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander’s dunk ended the game. Alexander had a game-high 12 points, and Victor Wembanyama and Karl-Anthony Towns each scored six points for the Global Stars.

The Global Stars will play the winner of Shaq’s OGs vs. Candace’s Rising Stars in the final of the new All-Star format.

Gilgeous-Alexander, the leading candidate for the 2024-25 regular-season MVP award, also had two rebounds, one assist and one block.

There was a modicum of defense played – the Global Stars had three blocks and three steals.

Evan Mobley, Darius Garland and Tyler Herro each scored six points for the Young Stars.

Chuck’s Global Stars leading Kenny’s Young Stars

SAN FRANCISCO — Chuck’s Global Stars own a 17-12 lead against Kenny’s Young Stars in a game where the winner is determined by the first team to 40 points.

Karl-Anthony Towns has six points on two 3-pointers and Shai Gilgeous-Alexander has four points for the Global Stars. Tyler Herro, who won the 3-point shooting contest, leads the Young Stars with six points on two 3s.

Draymond Green, Candace Parker trade barbs over Rising Stars in All-Star Game

Candace Parker, the TNT analyst who is also the general manager of the Rising Stars team that won Friday’s mini-tournament, took a playful shot at Golden State Warriors forward Draymond Green, perhaps over Green’s criticism about the Rising Stars competing Sunday against NBA All-Stars.

During the TNT pregame show, a comment was made about Parker “coaching” the Rising Stars, which is not the case; Warriors icon Chris Mullin is serving as the honorary coach.

“There’s no way I could coach — ever — it would be like Draymond coaching,” Parker said.

“Wow,” Green responded. “I’ve already been offered the Golden State Warriors head coaching job, you think I’m going to suck?”

“I didn’t think you would suck, I just didn’t think you would enjoy it. You would not be able to coach — your patience, our patience …” Parker said before trailing off.

Green had criticized the NBA’s decision to include the Rising Stars as “absurd” earlier during the TNT pregame show.

“I had to work so hard to play on Sunday night of All-Star weekend, and because ratings are down because the game is bad, we’re bringing in Rising Stars? That’s not a fix,” Green said during the broadcast.

LAFD member sings national anthem in tribute to L.A. area

Los Angeles Fire Department firefighter and paramedic Dennis R. Rodriguez sang the national anthem before the NBA All-Star Game. He represents the first responders who worked tirelessly during the wildfires that rocked the area, destroying lives, homes and landmarks.

Rodriguez has been a member of the Los Angeles Fire Department since April 2015, according to the Sporting News.

Giannis jokes children tweeted at Ja Morant after dunk contest

SAN FRANCISCO — Milwaukee Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo, who is not paying in the All-Star Game due to a strained left calf, joked that one of his kids hacked his phone and posted on social media that he had interest in participating in the 2026 slam dunk contest if Memphis’ Ja Morant did it, too.

“That was my kids tweeting. That wasn’t me,” Antetokounmpo said. “While I was sleeping, they woke up in the middle of the night, came next to the nightstand, took my phone out of my charger, went to their room, tweeted and I found out this morning.”

Dad jokes aside, Antetokounmpo said, “I think you get motivated seeing guys go out there to put on a show. You get motivated. If I’m healthy and things are going well for me next year, I will want to do it.”

Antetokounmpo was open to other All-Star format changes, too, such as a one-on-one event, international stars vs. U.S. stars and an All-Star Weekend in Europe.

“Anything that can make the weekend more exciting, more fun for the viewers, for the fans and for the players, I would love to participate,” he said.

He was super supportive of a world stars vs. U.S. stars game.

“That would be the most interesting and most exciting format. I would love that. I’d take pride in that,” he said. “I always compete, but I think that will give me a little bit more extra juice to compete, like having Shai, Jokic, Luka, Wemby, Towns, Sengun. I know those players. Obviously I’m missing some guys that I cannot think from the top of my head, going against the best U.S. players. I think it would be fun.”

LeBron James on ‘SNL’: ‘A dream come true’

SAN FRANCISCO — LeBron James was the last active NBA player to host “Saturday Night Live” – on Sept. 29, 2007.

As the long-running sketch comedy show celebrates its 50th anniversary Sunday, James reflected on his appearance.

“To be a part of the ‘Saturday Night Live’ legacy is a dream come true,” James said. “It’s been on, obviously, my entire life, and seeing so many great actors grace those skits every single Saturday and so many entertainers that come there and do their bits, as well, it was fun.

‘It was super fun, and hopefully I get the opportunity to do it again. I would love to do it again. I was so young. You said 2006? 2007? I was 21, 22 maybe. It was super fun. …  It was definitely a treat and something that I can always look back and say ‘I was on a show that Will Ferrell has been on and so many great guys.’ Bill Hader is a good friend of mine. It was pretty cool.”

James’ skit where he plays one-on-one against an overly cocky production assistant played by Jason Sudeikis made USA TODAY Sports’ list of favorite “SNL” sports sketches.

LeBron James selected for record 21st All-Star Game

LeBron James will compete in his 21st NBA All-Star Game on Sunday. He made his first All-Star appearance in 2005 and has shared the court with Kobe Bryant, Shaquille O’Neal and Kevin Garnett, among others.

He played in 13 games as a representative for the Eastern Conference. He spent five seasons representing the West. He also spent two seasons as the team captain for Team LeBron James and earned victories over Team Stephen Curry in 2018 and 2019.

The All-Star Game changed to a draft format during those two years and was not specifically tied to the East vs. West team name moniker, according to information on StatMuse. ‒ James Williams

LeBron James’ All-Star Game stats and records

LeBron James is averaging 21.7 points (434 total), 5.7 rebounds (114 total) and 5.7 assists (113 total) through his first 20 All-Star Game appearances. James is the all-time leader in several All-Star Game statistical categories including minutes (536), field goals made (182), field goals attempted (355) and 3-pointers attempted (138), according to Fox Sports. James is currently third in assists with 113, behind Chris Paul (128) and Magic Johnson (127). James’ 114 rebounds is sixth all-time, behind Wilt Chamberlain (197), Bob Pettit (178), Kareem Abdul-Jabbar (149), Bill Russell (139) and Tim Duncan (136). ‒ James Williams

Mavericks’ assistant coach arrested

The Dallas Mavericks have suspended an employee as assistant coach Darrell Armstrong was arrested and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

The Dallas Police Department said in a statement to USA TODAY Sports that officers responded to a call about 3:45 a.m. on Saturday regarding a dispute. A preliminary investigation found Armstrong and the alleged victim were in an argument when he allegedly hit the victim with a gun and threatened to shoot her.

Armstrong was booked into jail before 7:30 a.m. on Saturday and was charged with assault with a deadly weapon. His bond was set to $35,000, which he has since posted. Police said Armstrong and the alleged victim know each other.

The Mavericks said in a statement to USA TODAY Sports that they are aware of an incident ‘involving a member of our staff,’ but did not specify who it was. The team said it was gathering information regarding the incident and the staff member was suspended. Read full story here. ‒ Jordan Mendoza

NBA All-Star 2026 location

The 2026 NBA All-Star Game will be held in Los Angeles at the Clippers’ Intuit Dome. The 2027 NBA All-Star Game is headed to the desert in Phoenix at the Suns’ Footprint Center. The location of the 2028 NBA All-Star Game has not been announced yet.

TNT’s Ernie Johnson expresses gratitude

In what is TNT’s last All-Star Weekend telecast for at least the next 11 seasons, longtime TNT sports host Ernie Johnson delivered a thoughtful and grateful message at the annual NBA Legends Brunch.

Johnson relied on one of his trademark rhyming poems to express himself.

In front of some of the greatest players to play in the NBA, including Oscar Robertson, Johnson said:

“Pointing fingers or placing blame, they have no place in this rhyme.

“Bitterness or ill-will, c’mon, don’t waste my time.

“Instead consider gratitude. We’re thankful, and we’re blessed.

“Our TNT production crew, our backbone, just the best.

“So for all my colleagues, every teammate in our ranks:

We offer you a simple yet sincere and heartfelt thanks.”

TNT is not part of the NBA’s new 11-year, $76 billion TV deal to televise and stream games starting in 2025-26. However, TNT’s popular and entertaining “Inside the NBA” featuring Johnson, Charles Barkley, Shaquille O’Neal and Kenny Smith has been licensed to Disney so that show will continue on ESPN and ABC.

Mac McClung dunks over car; Tyler Herro wins 3-point shootout

SAN FRANCISCO — Mac McClung brought out the props for the slam dunk contest – a car, a ladder, a hoverboard.

And despite his limited NBA experience – the 6-2 high-flyer from the G League jumped, floated and wowed the crowd with his creativity for another All-Star slam dunk contest victory Saturday at Chase Center.

McClung is the first player to win the event three consecutive times and was asked if it would be fair to consider him the greatest dunker ever.

“That’s not for me to decide,” McClung said.

Miami’s Tyler Herro won his first 3-point contest and prevented Milwaukee’s Damian Lillard from winning the event for the third consecutive season.

Cleveland’s Donovan Mitchell and Evan Mobley won the Skills Challenge and NBA commissioner Adam Silver explained why there was no rematch between Steph Curry and Sabrina Ionescu.

What’s the future of ‘Inside the NBA’? Details still need to be worked out

SAN FRANCISCO – The idea of not working NBA All-Star Weekend didn’t register with TNT’s Kenny Smith until a friend asked him a question this week.

“My friend asked, ‘Are you going to come to All-Star Weekend next year?’ Smith told USA TODAY Sports from the green room at Pier 48, down the street from Golden State’s Chase Center. He was preparing to appear with TNT’s popular “Inside the NBA” crew for a show before the Minnesota-Oklahoma City game.

“I said, ‘What do you mean?’ He says, ‘Well, NBC does it after this season.’ When my friend asked me that question, I had never thought about it.’ Read the full story here.

Opinion: NBA’s winning social media strategy comes at expense of All-Star Game

Despite the NBA’s best efforts over the last decade to juice up its All-Star Game to a vague level of competitiveness and credibility, it’s hard to see the league’s newest gimmick generating significantly different results this weekend than the Elam Ending or having LeBron James and Giannis Antetokounmpo drafting the teams.

If that’s the case, NBA commissioner Adam Silver will likely see it as a failure. He has made it clear he wants the All-Star Game to be something other than a glorified pickup run, and the league hopes that this year’s format — dividing players into four teams and having a first-to-40 tournament — will be more satisfying for fans in the arena and more attractive for those watching on television.

But the real problem with the All-Star Game is not something the NBA can fix with a new format, or even shoveling money into the bank accounts of the players.

The problem is us. Or, to be more precise, the way our collective consumption of the NBA has evolved. Read Dan Wolken’s column here.

Opinion: NBA All-Star Game on life support? Format change may save it

NBA commissioner Adam Silver wants a more competitive All-Star Game. His broadcast partners domestically and globally want a more competitive game. Fans – and their seething, disgusted, and worse, apathetic emails dropped into my inbox – want the same. I, too, prefer a more competitive All-Star Game.

Yet, I am skeptical that there is a long-term solution to making it a better product for the league, its partners and fans. Read Jeff Zillgitt’s column here.

Seven additional massage therapists have accused Baltimore Ravens kicker Justin Tucker of sexual misconduct, bringing the total number to 16 women who say the Pro Bowler was inappropriate during sessions. The new accusers include women who say Tucker acted inappropriately at some of the city’s most luxurious spas.

The Baltimore Banner reported the further allegations on Sunday. The new allegations are primarily similar to those of the women who came forward earlier, with one woman detailing her experience with Tucker.

The unnamed woman, who is identified as ‘Y.’ in the story, said Tucker had asked her to work on his lower abdominal muscles, then removed the sheet and exposed his erect penis while silently staring at her.

‘I’ve been doing this for 16 years, and I’ve never seen another man’s penis except for his,’ during a massage, she said, according to the Banner.

Tucker, 35, has called the allegations ‘unequivocally false,’ adding that the women took ‘innocuous or ambiguous interactions and skews them so out of proportion that they are no longer recognizable,’ calling the Baltimore Banner’s initial report ‘desperate tabloid fodder.’

All things Ravens: Latest Baltimore Ravens news, schedule, roster, stats, injury updates and more.

‘I cannot be any clearer,’ Tucker said in a statement. ‘These accusations are false and incredibly hurtful to both me, and more importantly, my family.’

The Baltimore Banner reported that two spas banned him from their business.

Tucker denied being inappropriate or being banned from any spas. His lawyers said in a Jan. 28 letter that ‘Mr. Tucker has never behaved inappropriately during any massage therapy session, and certainly never in the manner described’ by The Banner’s reporting.

Tucker’s lawyers also provided a sworn declaration from the owner of Baltimore Spa & Salon this week, saying she never received complaints about him or suspected he had engaged in any misconduct.

The Ravens and the NFL each put out statements concerning Tucker.

‘We take any allegations of this nature seriously and will continue to monitor the situation,’ the Ravens said in a statement.

‘We first became aware of the allegations from the reporter investigating this story as they were not previously shared with the NFL,’ NFL spokesman Brian McCarthy said. ‘We take any allegation seriously and will look into the matter.’

A senior White House official reportedly criticized Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s decision not to sign a proposed agreement to give the United States access to Ukraine’s rare earth minerals.

‘President Zelenskyy is being short-sighted about the excellent opportunity the Trump administration has presented to Ukraine,’ White House National Security Council spokesman Brian Hughes told the Associated Press.

Hughes said a minerals deal would allow American taxpayers to ‘recoup’ some of the billions in U.S. aid sent to Kyiv during the Biden administration, while growing Ukraine’s economy. The White House believes ‘binding economic ties with the United States will be the best guarantee against future aggression and an integral part of lasting peace,’ the National Security Council spokesman said, adding: ‘The U.S. recognizes this, the Russians recognize this, and the Ukrainians must recognize this.’

Hughes did not explicitly confirm the proposal, which the AP reported was a key part of Zelenskyy’s talks with U.S. Vice President JD Vance on the sidelines of the Munich Security Conference on Friday.

One current and one former senior Ukrainian official familiar with the talks told the AP that the offer did not include any specific security guarantees in return for rare earth mineral access.

The proposal focused on how the U.S. could use Kyiv’s rare earth minerals ‘as compensation’ for support already given to Ukraine by the Biden administration and as payment for future aid, the current and former senior Ukrainian officials said, speaking anonymously to the AP. Zelenskyy said he directed his ministers not to sign off on the proposed agreement because the document was too focused on U.S. interests.

‘I didn’t let the ministers sign a relevant agreement because in my view it is not ready to protect us, our interest,’ Zelenskyy told the AP on Saturday in Munich.

Ukraine has vast reserves of critical minerals that are used in the aerospace, defense and nuclear industries. The Trump administration has indicated it is interested in accessing them to reduce dependence on China.

Zelenskyy reportedly said he considered it ‘very important the connection between some kind of security guarantees and some kind of investment’ in order to deter another Russian invasion.

The document was reportedly given to Ukrainian officials on Wednesday by U.S. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent on a visit to Kyiv.

‘It’s a colonial agreement and Zelenskyy cannot sign it,’ the former Ukrainian senior official told the AP.

U.S. National Security Advisor Michael Waltz on Sunday rejected the notion that European allies are not being consulted on negotiations to end the war in Ukraine, as the Trump administration is reportedly to begin talks with Russian counterparts in Saudi Arabia this week. In turn, French President Emmanuel Macron said he would convene an emergency meeting between the main European powers in Paris on Monday to discuss the Russia-Ukraine conflict.

Walz told ‘Fox News Sunday’ that Vance, Bessent and Secretary of State Marco Rubio stressed in talks with Zelenskyy the importance of ‘entering into a partnership with the United States,’ and being ‘co-invested with President Trump, with the American people going forward.’

‘The American people deserve to be recouped, deserve to have some type of payback for the billions they have invested in this war,’ Waltz said. ‘I can’t think of anything that would make the American people more comfortable with future investments than if we were able to be in a partnership and have the American people made whole. And I’ll point out that much of the European aid is actually in the form of a loan. That is repaid. It’s repaid with interest on Russian assets. So President Trump is rethinking the entire dynamic here. That has some people uncomfortable, but I think Zelenskyy would be very wise to enter into this agreement with the United States. There’s no better way to secure them going forward, and further, there was a question of whether Putin would come to the table. He has now done so under President Trump’s leadership, and we’re going to continue those talks in the coming weeks at President Trump’s direction.’

U.S. officials in discussions with their Ukrainian counterparts in Munich were commercially minded and largely concentrated on the specifics of exploring the minerals and how to form a possible partnership to do that with Ukraine, the senior official said. The potential value of the deposits in Ukraine has not yet been discussed, with much unexplored or close to the front line. The U.S. proposal apparently did not take into account how the deposits would be secured if the war continued.

Zelenskyy and Vance did not discuss the details of the U.S. document during their meeting Friday at the Munich conference, the senior official said.

That meeting was ‘very good’ and ‘substantive,’ with Vance making it clear his and Trump’s main goal was to achieve a durable, lasting peace, the senior official said. Zelenskyy told Vance that real peace requires Ukraine to be in a ‘strong position’ when starting negotiations, stressing that the U.S. negotiators should come to Ukraine, and that the U.S., Ukraine and Europe must be at the negotiating table for talks with Russia.

Gen. Keith Kellogg, Trump’s special envoy for Ukraine and Russia, all but cut Europeans out of any Ukraine-Russia talks, despite Zelenskyy’s request.

‘You can have the Ukrainians, the Russians, and clearly the Americans at the table talking,’ Kellogg said at an event hosted by a Ukrainian tycoon at the Munich conference. Pressed on whether that meant Europeans won’t be included, he said: ‘I’m a school of realism. I think that’s not going to happen.’

Ukraine is now preparing a ‘counterproposal’ which will be delivered to the U.S. in ‘the near future,’ the official said.

‘I think it’s important that the vice president understood me that if we want to sign something, we have to understand that it will work,’ Zelenskyy told the AP.

That means, he said, ‘it will bring money and security.’

President Donald Trump’s Department of Justice is seeking to overturn a landmark Supreme Court case in an effort to give the president greater control over independent three-letter agencies.

In a move that could allow Trump to more easily fire officials who refuse to implement his policies, the acting U.S. solicitor general sent Illinois Democratic Sen. Dick Durbin a letter on Wednesday, notifying him of the Justice Department’s plans to ask the Supreme Court to overturn a key precedent that limits the president’s power to remove independent agency members.

The letter, penned by Acting Solicitor General Sarah Harris, says the DOJ has determined ‘that certain for-cause removal provisions’ that apply to certain administrative agency members are unconstitutional, and the department would ‘no longer defend their constitutionality.’

Humphrey’s Executor v. United States, the case in question, is a 1935 Supreme Court case that narrowed the president’s constitutional power to remove agents of the executive branch.

Harris cited a previous case, Myers v. United States, which held that the Constitution granted the president sole power to remove executive branch officials.

‘The exception recognized in Humphrey’s Executor thus does not fit the principal officers who head the regulatory commissions noted above,’ Harris wrote in the letter.

‘To the extent that Humphrey’s Executor requires otherwise, the Department intends to urge the Supreme Court to overrule that decision, which prevents the President from adequately supervising principal officers in the Executive Branch who execute the laws on the President’s behalf, and which has already been severely eroded by recent Supreme Court decisions,’ Harris continued.

Durbin called the letter a ‘striking reversal of the Justice Department’s longstanding position under Republican and Democratic presidents alike,’ in a statement to Fox News Digital. He added that the request is ‘not surprising from an administration that is only looking out for wealthy special interests – not the American people.’

However, conservative legal theorists supported the Trump administration’s move, arguing that overturning Humphrey’s Executor would move the federal government closer to the original intent of the Constitution’s framers. Trump notably posed his presidential campaign against former President Joe Biden as a contest between the ‘deep state’ and democracy, saying at the time, ‘Either we have a deep state or we have a democracy. We’re going to have one or the other. And we’re right at the tipping point.’

‘Congress makes the laws, it’s the president’s duty to carry out and enforce those laws under the unitary executive theory,’ Hans von Spakovsky, Senior Legal Fellow at the Heritage Foundation, told Fox News Digital. ‘That means that the president, since he’s the head of the executive branch, has complete control over the executive branch, and that includes the hiring and firing of everyone in the executive branch, most particularly, and most importantly, the heads of all the different offices and departments within the executive branch.’

Von Spakovsky says the exception carved out by the Court in Humphrey’s Executor ‘does not apply to these federal agencies.’ In her letter, Harris specifically mentioned the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) and the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC).

Earlier this month, a former NLRB member sued Trump over her termination, arguing that federal law protects her from being arbitrarily dismissed. The Trump administration has also become the target of various other lawsuits involving federal employee dismissals.

‘My take on what’s going on with the Trump agenda right now is that they’re itching to get up to the higher federal court level, including the Supreme Court, to press just this kind of question,’ Ronald Pestritto, Graduate Dean and Professor of Politics at Hillsdale College, told Fox News Digital.

Pestritto says some of the administration’s actions ‘contradict existing civil service law, existing protections, for example, against removing the NLRB commissioners.’

‘And so, clearly, they know they’re going to lose a lot of that at the lower court level. And they want to push them up into the Supreme Court, because they think they might get a reconsideration of it,’ Pestritto said.

Von Spakovsky stated that independent agencies are ‘unaccountable’ as a result of Humphrey’s Executor, saying ‘you make them accountable to voters by putting them back where they belong, which is under the authority of the president.’

Trump’s lawyers are likely to lose in the lower court, Pestritto says, where he expects judges to apply the Supreme Court’s precedent in their own decisions. But even so, the Trump administration can appeal higher and higher to attempt to get Supreme Court review, where Humphrey’s Executor could be overturned.

[Democrats] are going to win injunctions very often, first of all, because they know it’s easy to judge-shop for sympathetic district judges. And number two, the district judges are basically going to go by the existing Supreme Court precedent,’ Pestritto said. ‘And so the real tale of the tape will be when these initial rulings get appealed up the appellate ladder and ultimately up to the Supreme Court, which certainly has many justices who I think understand Article II of the Constitution properly and may be open to a reconsideration of Humphrey’s.’

In January, President Donald Trump announced the $500 billion Stargate project, which will accelerate the buildout of America’s digital infrastructure while creating hundreds of thousands of U.S. jobs.

This investment in American data centers – which are key to nearly every aspect of how we live in an increasingly digital world – will be a game-changer for the U.S. far into the future. It is a reflection of the business community’s recognition of the benefits of investing in the United States under President Trump.

But more importantly, Stargate shows the commitment of President Trump and those in his administration to finding every opportunity to protect American citizens and our nation’s digital sovereignty by combating Chinese aggression.

Make no mistake, China views the current geopolitical climate – akin to a new Cold War – as a zero-sum game. Their economic and military aggression against the United States and our allies is not an accident. It is a concerted effort to strengthen their hand and weaken America, at home and abroad.

China’s pursuit of global technological dominance is a direct assault on our freedoms and sovereignty. From hacking into critical systems to stealing sensitive data, the ruling Chinese Communist Party has demonstrated its willingness to target American innovation and infrastructure.

In recent weeks, a China-backed company launched the new DeepSeek artificial intelligence model, which has the potential to upend American dominance in the race to commercialize AI. Given the potential low-cost intelligence model in this tool, it is more important than ever that America invests in cutting-edge technologies that will determine the global economic future.

China’s ambitions go beyond fair economic competition, however. They seek to control the very infrastructure that powers our lives. Allowing sensitive data to be stored abroad, particularly in countries with weak data protection laws or under hostile regimes, is reckless and jeopardizes our national security.

The United States must take a strong stand by building secure, state-of-the-art data centers on American soil to protect our citizens’ data and critical infrastructure.

Investing in domestic data centers ensures that American interests come first. By keeping our data within our borders, we can safeguard it from foreign adversaries who would exploit it for malicious purposes.

These facilities are the digital equivalent of fortresses, ensuring that America’s most sensitive information remains protected from espionage, cyberattacks and manipulation by hostile nations like China. By controlling our data infrastructure, we maintain our sovereignty and secure the future of our economy and national security.

President Trump has long recognized the importance of securing America’s technological infrastructure. Throughout his time in office, he has championed initiatives to bolster domestic data center development, emphasizing their critical role in protecting national security and fostering continued American leadership in generating massive economic benefits.

Trump’s America First agenda ensures that key infrastructure remains under American control, free from foreign influence. He has made it clear: we need to combat bad actors like China, and that starts with investments here at home. His leadership has been instrumental in paving the way for increased investment in this sector, reinforcing America’s digital resilience and ability to counter adversaries like China.

Building these secure, domestic data centers is not just about protecting information; it is about sending a clear message to our adversaries. America will not be cowed by threats or interference. We will defend our digital sovereignty, strengthen our infrastructure, and ensure that the United States remains a leader in the global technological landscape.

A number of states throughout the nation are taking the lead in investing in data centers to support these growing national efforts. Major projects are in the works in states like Georgia, Texas and Virginia, among others, but there is more that can be done to encourage domestic production. It is imperative that states cut through the red tape and bureaucracy and work with this critical industry to develop more of these critical facilities within our own borders.

China’s relentless pursuit of technological advantage highlights the urgency of this effort. To stay ahead, we must take decisive and bold action. This is not just an economic opportunity for states across the nation – it is a fight for the future of American freedom and innovation. By focusing on securing our digital infrastructure and prioritizing domestic development, we reinforce our commitment to America’s sovereignty, strength, and security.

The time to act is now. Let’s put America first, protect our digital sovereignty, invest in our own capabilities, and build a future founded on security, resilience, and unyielding strength.

The 4 Nations Face-Off is down to the final two games of the round robin.

The United States already has clinched a spot in the championship game, which will be played Thursday night at Boston’s TD Garden. Monday’s games in Boston will determine who will play the USA in the final.

Canada, Finland and Sweden are all tied with two points after two games. Canada and Finland play in the early game at 1 p.m. ET. Sweden and the United States will play Monday at 8 p.m. ET.

Here are the tiebreaker scenarios and how Monday’s games will determine the second team that will advance to the 4 Nations Face-Off championship game:

What is the tiebreaker for the 4 Nations Face-Off?

If two teams are tied in points at the end of the round robin, the lone tiebreaker is the head-to-head result between those teams.

What are the tiebreaker scenarios for Monday’s games?

Finland vs. Canada, 1 p.m. ET, TNT

In Canada wins in regulation, it would have five points. Because Canada beat Sweden in the opening game, it would hold the tiebreaker edge if Sweden wins in regulation and ends up with five points. Canada would advance to the final.
If Finland wins in regulation, it would have five points. Finland also beat Sweden in the round robin, so it would advance to the final.
If Finland or Canada wins in overtime, the winner would have four points and would have to await the result of the USA-Sweden game.

USA vs. Sweden, 8 p.m. ET, TNT

If Finland or Canada wins the early game in regulation, the night game is meaningless as far as the standings go.
If the Finland-Canada game goes to overtime, giving the winner four points, Sweden still has a chance to advance. If it beats the United States in regulation, it would have five points, enough to reach the final. But any other result by Sweden in the night game means the country would fall short and the Canada-Finland winner would go to the final.

4 Nations Face-Off format

Games will be played under NHL rules, with exceptions of standings points and overtime.

Teams get three points for a regulation win, two points for an overtime/shootout win, one point for an overtime/shootout loss and zero points for a loss in regulation.
Overtimes involve 10 minutes of 3-on-3 sudden death in the round robin rather than the NHL’s five minutes. If it’s tied after 10 minutes, the game goes to a shootout.
During the championship game, overtime is like NHL playoff overtime: 5-on-5 hockey for 20-minute periods until a goal is scored.

‘This is just a special weekend all the way around,’ Curry said. ‘This is very symbolic of the entire journey. I hope we have a lot to accomplish on the court and not ending the journey anytime soon. But again, for me and my vantage point, having played here for 16 years, this is the only place that I’ve played, it was just a great celebration of basketball in this area, and this (MVP trophy) is pretty cool to have, too.’

Curry had eight points and six rebounds in the semifinal victory against Candace’s Rising Stars, giving him 20 points, 10 rebounds, three steals and two assists in two games. He made four 3-pointers in the final game and two 3s in the semifinal.

Curry helped bring the game to a conclusion with two quick 3-pointers near the end of the game – one 3 gave Shaq’s OGs a 36-21 lead and he followed that with another 3 for a 39-21 advantage.

Curry opened scoring in the final game with a 3-pointer and later connected on a 3-pointer from 39 feet. He followed that with a heat check from half court that did not go in.

‘Stories kind of write themselves,’ Curry said. ‘Just having a moment where you get the crowd into it and do what I love doing on the floor.’

In the MVP balloting, Curry received 12 of 14 votes. Boston Celtics forward Jayson Tatum (Shaq’s OGs) and Oklahoma City Thunder guard Shai Gilgeous-Alexander (Chuck’s Global Stars) each received one vote.

Curry played the perfect host along with is wife Ayesha in San Francisco and Oakland. They spent the weekend at philanthropic events, official All-Star events and hosted a party.

“The hosting experience was unbelievable,” Curry said. “I’m not going to complain about being tired or exhausted. This is an honor and a blessing to be able to celebrate and share this beautiful Bay Area that’s been a part of my life for the last 16 years and the basketball history and culture that’s here and the amazing fans that are here and the impact that the game being here has had on both cities.”
